SU Party II

Card number 2 from Debi's SU Party. Now, y'all know how I feel about "In Colors" so I'm not overjoyed w/the card colors but I really did dig the "medallion" we made w/the scallop punch. COOL!! I also really liked how she had us emboss the outside & the INSIDE portion of the card. Neat ideas Sue!!!

Debi had a post surgery (one day post op!) Stampin' Up party. While I'm not a fan of butterflies, I did like this card. Butterfly stamps, punch & die!!

Pink Santa

For Sherri's Santa Swap. I can't seem to get away from pink & green for Christmas. Distressed the pink, green & white (circle) cardstock to match the BG stripe.

Memories of Palooza

This is one of the HARDEST swaps I've joined. There was lots going on in Indiana this spring and we were to choose a theme & make an ATC on it. Well, I'd seen what some of the other girls had done & they took all the good ideas! So, mine is a little far afield. The room we were in had issues with the the air conditioning. We spent half the time freezing to death. As soon as someone would nudge the temp up the tiniest bit, we'd be burning up! So, this is in memory of the Cold Room, Hot Girls at Palooza.

I Want Candy

This is for Joanne's Candy swap. Doesn't look like much but it took FOREVER to stamp & color all those pieces of candy. What do y'all think? Does it need something more???

July Stamp Camp IV

More GLITTER!! This was a interesting (and by that I mean MESSY) card to do. We took the sticky paper & stuck it to white paper (I wonder what this would look like w/a different paper) and then stuck it in dazzling diamonds. Then we cut it w/the Big Shot. Stamped & cut the medallion, added glue & more dazzling diamonds, stamped the white piece & added MORE dazzling diamonds. Talk about sparlke!!

July Stamp Camp III

Glitter, glitter, glitter everywhere!! The picture DOES NOT show how sparkly this card is! We stamped (ok, I stamped them for our whole table) the balloons on strips of DSP, smooshed (Sue's word) the whole thing into versamark, sprinkled w/Iridescent Ice & emobsossed. Then we cut each balloon out, stamped the balloon stamp again on the white & glued the DSP balloon's on top. Those big old grommets are kinda cool too.

I forgot to take a pic of the inside: there is another balloon & a gift card holder. NEATO!

This card was so much fun to make! I didn't stamp the whale well (see the tiny black smudge in the middle of his head?) but I love it anyway. Someone will be getting this card shortly.......

Another Stamp Camp, another 4 projects. Here's #1. I love the idea of this card, not thrilled my the colors. (Y'all know how I feel about In-Colors! plus these are WAY bright!) Anyway, we stamped, punched, built brads and pop dotted our little hearts out. I will try to replicate this design w/some colors that are a little more "me".

My card for my dad for Father's Day. Some months ago I bought these neato Tim Holz stamps from Michael's. As is usually the case, even tho I LOVE something, I don't get around to using it right away. So, I thought they'd be perfect for my Dad. I was happy with the card & he was impressed.

Another Time Swap

This is for a swap that Christie is hosting. I had my fruit swap ready to go but, for some reason, never mailed it to Christie. She sent a reminder email. I was ready to send it to her when I realized she was also hosting this Time swap. So, I whipped this out that evening (helped that I woke up in the middle of the night & couldn't sleep & worked on this then!) and mailed it off w/the fruit swap. I love how it turned out!!
