July Stamp Camp IV

More GLITTER!! This was a interesting (and by that I mean MESSY) card to do. We took the sticky paper & stuck it to white paper (I wonder what this would look like w/a different paper) and then stuck it in dazzling diamonds. Then we cut it w/the Big Shot. Stamped & cut the medallion, added glue & more dazzling diamonds, stamped the white piece & added MORE dazzling diamonds. Talk about sparlke!!

July Stamp Camp III

Glitter, glitter, glitter everywhere!! The picture DOES NOT show how sparkly this card is! We stamped (ok, I stamped them for our whole table) the balloons on strips of DSP, smooshed (Sue's word) the whole thing into versamark, sprinkled w/Iridescent Ice & emobsossed. Then we cut each balloon out, stamped the balloon stamp again on the white & glued the DSP balloon's on top. Those big old grommets are kinda cool too.

I forgot to take a pic of the inside: there is another balloon & a gift card holder. NEATO!

July Stamp Camp II

This card was so much fun to make! I didn't stamp the whale well (see the tiny black smudge in the middle of his head?) but I love it anyway. Someone will be getting this card shortly.......

July Stamp Camp

Another Stamp Camp, another 4 projects. Here's #1. I love the idea of this card, not thrilled my the colors. (Y'all know how I feel about In-Colors! plus these are WAY bright!) Anyway, we stamped, punched, built brads and pop dotted our little hearts out. I will try to replicate this design w/some colors that are a little more "me".

Father's Day

Scott's Father's Day Card. Made it in Springfield why I was there. Anyone out there who doesn't just love Changito??

Father's Day

My card for my dad for Father's Day. Some months ago I bought these neato Tim Holz stamps from Michael's. As is usually the case, even tho I LOVE something, I don't get around to using it right away. So, I thought they'd be perfect for my Dad. I was happy with the card & he was impressed.

Another Time Swap

This is for a swap that Christie is hosting. I had my fruit swap ready to go but, for some reason, never mailed it to Christie. She sent a reminder email. I was ready to send it to her when I realized she was also hosting this Time swap. So, I whipped this out that evening (helped that I woke up in the middle of the night & couldn't sleep & worked on this then!) and mailed it off w/the fruit swap. I love how it turned out!!

Sheepie ATC

This is one of my High Hopes stamps. I ordered it for Angie's barnyard theme swaps. I absolutely LOVE this stamp. I think she's so cute. I found this paper on clearance at Archivers. Of course, this is the ATC that I was working on when I destroyed my Nestabilities :(

My scheduled posts aren't posting!!!

What's up with that. I've been messing w/these things for 3 days!! ARGH!! I guess I need to just delete them & start over??? Sorry for the technical difficulties!

June Stamp Camp! IV

I believe this is my New favorite set!!! I love this tree!!! It's so cool! I think I've loved everything I've seen done with it. While these colors don't rock my world, I totally love this card. Even down to the corduroy button inside!!

Here's a funny: while I'm posting this, I'm doing 17 other things. Well, I'm reading blogs. I come across Traci's blog & guess what I see? LOVE IT TOO!!!!!

June Stamp Camp! Part III

While not a huge fan of orange, I did really like this card. We embossed the DSP w/that Manhattan flower folder (can't remember the name of it but it seems we use it every month, I should learn it) then sanded the color off. Hmmm, who do I know who digs orange & has a b'day coming up......

June Stamp Camp! Part II

Sue's "manly" card for this month. I really, really liked the colors & stamps used on this. So much so I decided I wanted to send it to one of my girlfriends & didn't make it into a Father's Day card. Later, I realized I NEEDED FD cards & had to make some up on vacation. Oh well.

June Stamp Camp!

Yes, it's that time again! May SC was late so it just seems like we just had it a few weeks ago (ok, it doesn't just seem like it, we DID just have it but, I digress...)

Another cute 3D projects. I like this little basket but, as a rule, I'm not a fan of 3Ds 'cause I have NO WHERE to store them. But, this little beauty didn't even get to the basement. I had a hair appointment after stamp camp & filled it with candy & took it to Sherri. Help grease the wheels to get Sherri to agree to come in & check on Jack while we were gone to Springfield. Not that she needed greasing; she is such a good person & a good friend! She's the BEST!!!

My new obsession! I'm IN LOVE w/these new printed Prima flowers! I have 4 bottles of the original Primas & I rarely use them. I don't know why. I never fell in love w/them when I bought them (Sarah wanted to split a "box" of them and I bought some white ones thinking I could color them but never figured out how). But, 2 weeks ago at Michael's, I had 2 coupons & nothing to buy. So, Becca talked me into the Prima's 'cause she thought they were pretty. Now, I want them ALL!!! Every M's coupon I get, it's earmarked for Primas!!!
